Andrew Bayer – Duality CD1
Speaking on his brand new track and its origins, Bahjat wrote the following:
“I had the title ‘Aladdin’ in my head for years before finally writing it into this song. As an Arab artist with global ambitions, I always look for symbols that have had a global impact but are still of Arabic origins, to draw parallels and inspiration from. When I thought a bit more about Aladdin’s story, and the way it’s virtually the only Arab story to go mainstream, I found it to be interesting how it’s still a story of a big trouble-maker. Is that the first impression kids make about us Arabs? Does it deepen the already-negative stereotypes about us? As I pondered over those thoughts, I decided to take that narrative and focus it the ambition aspect of it. As a refugee, I had to lose everything before realizing that when you have nothing else to lose, you have everything to gain.

Broken Bells have revealed that their long-awaited 3rd full-length album, INTO THE BLUE, will be released on October 7 via AWAL. With the news, they also share their latest single ‘Saturdays’. LISTEN HERE + PRE-ORDER INTO THE BLUE HERE.
Following the recent release of the “at once retro and futuristic” (Rolling Stone) first advance track ‘We’re Not In Orbit Yet…’ comes the release of the first official single entitled ‘Saturdays’. The song sees Burton and Mercer crafting a signature Broken Bells study in contrasts, as sweetly sung and melancholy lyrics float atop a backdrop of sun-drenched melodies that conjure a late summer weekend afternoon.
Captain’s orders: late last year Bedrock broke the mould and released four albums in one with Quattro Artists. Among LPs from the likes of Satoshi Fumi, Quivver, and Lopezhouse came Indigo Memories, a star-gazing odyssey from Parisian producer Captain Mustache.

Dubdogz & Zerb – Round N Round
‘Round N Round’, the first official collaboration of Zerb and Dubdogz, is the result of a long term relationship and several successes from both artists mixed with good taste and great skills. With a Diana Ross sample and massive dance grooves, ‘Round N Round’ will surely get you moving. Closing his old school house chapter, Zerb chose to recreate a classic this time while teaming up with Dubdogz, who is making his STMPD debut with this track. This perfect summer tune already received spins during various shows including Tomorrowland and Ushuaia Ibiza and will continue to make waves throughout the rest of the festival season.

Glass Petals- Cardio Music Video
Peddling the motto “club music only”, Glass Petals is the side project of veteran producer Felix Cartal and Johnny Jover. Joining forces with Riverdale star Drew Ray Tanner, the trio put forth a driving bass house romp, and now unveil its dance-floor ready music video. Taking its signature vocal lick “I’m just doing cardio/on the dance floor,” Glass Petals & Tanner hit the treadmill on the town, quite literally doing cardio on the dance floor. The lighthearted music video follows Cartal, Jover and Tanner through the club and outdoors as the trio train for early morning afterhours.
