BOOGIE DOWN AT SHABANG 2024
Less than 1 month until the 10th anniversary of ShaBang! I can’t wait to boogie down at ShaBang 2024 with all of you – listening to great music, roasting hot dogs at the campsite, and overall just enjoying the good vibes. Shabang 2024 will be taking place May 3rd and 4th at the Dairy Creek golf course in San Luis Obispo. The festival will feature music & performance, learning & culture, art & interactivity, food & beverage, yoga & movement, community, and the marketplace.
What to know before you go

What’s so great is that aside from the music – there’s so much to explore and do, starting with learning & culture. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn a newfound knowledge or skill and appreciation of Central Coast culture. You could learn a new instrument, pick up a new style of art, invent a dance move – and so much more!
ShaBang will also feature art & interactivity. They will have high level art installations – collaborative canvases, statue building, trippy exhibits, art cars, and more to itch that creative scratch.
All of that learning and creativity is certain to get you hungry. Have no fear! There will be over 20 different food & beverage vendors to satisfy your craving and fuel you for more adventures.
Want to find your flow? Well, look no further! ShaBang 2024 will be hosting yoga and movement – whether it’s a yoga class, an ecstatic dance class, or twerk therapy you’ll be sure to express yourself with movement.
ShaBang has a huge community aspect. Not only will they be featuring local food and marketplace vendors with jewelry, merch, trinkets, and homemade goods, but they feature the battle of the bands winners on their lineup! It’s always exciting to see who will be featured each year and who knows, you may know them!
Camping at ShaBang
Don’t have tickets yet? Lucky for you there are still some available! Starting at only $219 for the weekend, don’t wait and get your tickets here. Personally, I love to camp. ShaBang 2024 is offering camp sites at El Chorro Regional Park – only a 10 minute walk from the venue. Set up your oasis outside of the festival, come back for a nap or a bite to eat, and get ready to boogie all night long! The campsite will include water Stations, bathrooms, picnic Tables, and “areas to frolic”. Camping is an additional charge and tickets are still on sale!
