INDIRA PAGANOTTO DEBUTS ON OFF RECORDINGS WITH MAMMOTH ‘JUNGLE’ EP
Welcome to the jungle! Indira Paganotto has been busy lately. For example, she has been gearing up to launch her brand new label Phase Insane in February. This is in addition to releasing a slew of critically acclaimed tracks. Octopus Recordings, UNCAGE, Copycow, refused, and Frequenza all released these epic tracks over the past eighteen months. Now, internationally celebrated Spanish techno sensation Indira Paganotto steamrollers into the New Year as she unveils her latest EP, Jungle, this time on the one and only OFF Recordings.
Out now via Andre Crom’s esteemed Berlin-based imprint, Indira Paganotto’s Jungle EP marks the Spaniard’s inaugural foray on OFF, as she delivers an immense three-part package worthy of any label debut.
About The Stellar EP
The EP starts off with a bang with ‘Jungle’. The listener will see Indira go full throttle from the off. For instance, the title track includes amalgamating a hefty blend of driving kicks, glitchy synths, and exquisitely layered industrial samples to open her tally on OFF Recordings in remarkable style. It’s a techno beat you’ll be grooving to.
Next up, the middle order sees label boss Andre Crom enlist underground techno icon and OFF Recordings family favorite Oliver Deutschmann. In this track, we see Oliver provide his unique interpretation of Paganotto’s opener. As a result, we see a skittish seven-minute cut, primed for those early warehouse hours that we’re all craving right now. Seriously, can we go back to shows yet?
Last but by no means least, Indira offers up her second and final original production on the player with Cowboy. The track builds a relentless assortment of undulating basslines, stark synth stabs, and staccato hand claps. It sure closes out the EP in an emphatic fashion.
