Artist Biography

Christopher Carrabba is a singer/songwriter who was the poster boy for emo fans in the 2000s. He left the post-hardcore Christian band Further Seems Forever to focus on acoustic guitar songwriting in what would become Dashboard Confessional. He has been an icon for over two decades in emo music. Bonnaroo has him doing the Emo Superjam this year. The SuperJam is a set that takes place in one of the Tents that pulls from a variety of artists both on and off the Bonnaroo lineup. Surprise guest appearances are a common yearly thing. Bonnaroo is doing an Emo SuperJam this year to pull at all our heartstrings. They couldn’t have picked a better bandleader for this year’s Emo SuperJam as Dashboard Confessional has toured with most of the major emo names. It will be a great set.
